Surebeam Corporation
Surebeam Corp. is based in San Diego, CA. They are an up-and-coming
company, breaking ground in the food sterilization business. To
date we have installed overhead power and free systems for Surebeam
in Wales, Dominican Republic, Hawaii and San Diego. We have taken
basic Richards-Wilcox components and transformed them into an
easy bolt together system. We have found that this makes installation
quicker and neater than the traditional weld-together connection.
Our systems built for Surebeam come pre-wired and pre-piped for
pneumatic devices.

Amana Refrigeration 1999-2000
Amana is a major manufacturer of household and commercial appliances.
They are located in Amana, IA. Working with Riekes Material Handling
Co. we have installed several systems in their facility. Most
recently we installed a large overhead chain driven live roller
package conveyor system, designed to transport refrigerators from
the manufacturing side of the factory to the warehouse. Included
in this project was the designing and installation of the support
steel and catwalk.
In 2000 we installed an overhead monorail system designed to transport
refrigerator shells through their paint system. This installation
also included the design and installation of the steel support
system.

Norcross Safety Products
1999
Norcross is a manufacturer of rubber safety boots in Rock Island,
IL. The project at Norcross consisted of removing an outdated
overhead enclosed track monorail system and replacing it with
a new Richards-Wilcox Zig-Zag system for the purpose of conveying
product through the manufacturing process. The project was started
and completed during a two week shutdown period, causing the customer
no interruption in their production schedule.

R.M. Distributing Co. 2000
R.M. Distributing Co. is a distribution warehouse located in Davenport,
IA. They are a distributor of automobile parts. We installed a
two-tiered shelving storage and picking system. The system included
a mezzanine that was designed and manufactured at our facility.
Tandy Corporation 2000
Tandy is a retail company, doing business as Radio Shack. Working
with Rapistan's Southwest office, we installed a sortation and
pick system in their new distribution center in Woodland, CA.
The system consisted of three two-level pick modules, feeding
a PS140 shoe sorter, and eight shipping lanes complete with automatic
truck loaders.

2000
PCC is an investment casting business located in Portland, OR.
Flo-Pro Systems provided PCC with a complete power and free system.
Our in-house engineering team designed a system to fit our customer's
need using an Eisenmann conveyor. Along with the conveyor, we
designed and manufactured the support steel system.

Maytag is a manufacturer of household appliances. The facility

Co., a local material handling company, we installed a Hytrol
Package and Pallet Conveyor System. The system was designed to
transport product through the washing machine assembly line and
product delivery line.

Hartford Computer Discount is a provider of computer software

that transported carriers of fiber rolls through all the manufacturing
steps required to produce the fiber.

Harley-Davidson is the manufacturer of America's most popular
motorcycle. The facility is located in York, PA, where the frames
are manufactured and the motorcycle is completely assembled. Working

frames through the welding and drilling processes.
